Sephora Flash

Hi darlings! Happy Thursday! It’s been an amazing week off from work but to be honest, I’m bored!!! Unofurtunly my boyfriend was not able to take the time off from work with me because he’s basially the new boss man…hair flip! Any whoooo, I’ve had plenty of time this week for myself. Shopping, bubble baths, appointments, etc… But OMG if it’s what thing I can’t stop obsessing over, it’s Sephora Flash Shipping.

LITERALLY AMAZING. I received my online order not even 24 hours after it was placed.

What Sephora Flash Shipping subscription is..

Other than a GOD SEND, Sephora Flash Shipping is a one time payment of $10. That’s right. TEN. DOLLARS. for an entire year subscription on every order you make on the Sephora website with two day shipping…if that. Again, 24 hours over here people. Just saying. 24 HOURS!

What I got..

NARS Sheer Glow Foundation (Punjab-medium)

I LOVE this foundation. My absolute favorite. A little pricey at $47 a pop but totally worth it. It’s concealing. Holds up strong, through heat, sweat, all those bad things that do you and your makeup so wrong. It’s lightweight and blends so well. I swear, I’ve never been more impressed with a foundation before.

My first order and literally why I can see why Sephora flash shipping was invented. My go to, WILL NOT use any other foundation, NARS SHEER GLOW was done. NOT A DROP LEFT. I found myself in a pickle recently. With no time to go to the mall but NEEDED a new foundation because I’ve literally taken a Q tip to apply and get every little spec of what was left of my favorite NARS foundation, until of course last minute me realized I’ve got no specs left.. and that my friends is why Sephora Flash was invented. Because I had my new foundation and three samples not even 24 hours later. Please, a moment of silence for that brilliance.

And don’t forget thats just a ONE time fee of $10 for ONE YEAR. UNLIMITED orders. aaaaaahhhhh!!

DIORSHOW Maximizer 3D Lash Primer Review

Happy Saturday! Today on the blog I’m talking Volume-Plumping Lash Primer by Dior. I’ve been meaning to share this review with you guys for a while now but life has been crazy busy lately. But so glad I’m finally getting around to it because I’m obsessed with this stuff. So much so I haven’t worn false lashies in weeks and if you know me at all then you know this is stuff has GOT TO BE GOOD for me not to be wearing my lashies because I love my false lashies.

To start I’m going to point out that I’m almost always using this primer with The DIORSHOW Iconic Overcurl mascara, but you can use it with any mascara. I just find they work better together. But of course the ADD in me has me using different mascaras with it as well. I’ve most recently used Too Faced Size Queen and while I LOVE this mascara, I find it doesn’t work as well with this primer than the Dior mascara. When I use the Dior mascara with this primer I find my lashes stay IN PLACE, dark and voluminous all day long. Where as when I used the primer with The Too faced mascara, towards the middle of the day I noticed my lashes were losing their curl and length.

This stuff is truly fantastic. I apply it right before I apply my mascara. I usually give it a minute to dry on but that’s all the time you need.. it dries VERY fast. So fast, that if you apply your mascara even minutes later it won’t come out as good. Your lashes will actually feel stiff and hard. Making for something NOT GOOD. Once applied, my lashes fan out sparsely, non clumped together, curled, long and voluminous. Then I apply the mascara itself and BOOM. I’m talking like one little application swish of your mascara is all you need when used with this primer.

When I don’t use this primer I find myself doing multiples swishes while applying mascara trying to reach that perfect and volume and obviously trying to separate each one but what I was actually doing was making it worse..I’m sure you’ve all been there. That’s what drove me to just wearing false lashes, it was an easier and neater solution for me. I was just getting so fed up with mascaras and then I did my reasearch and nvested in this stuff and everything changed from there for the better. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend.

Go To Lippies

Happy Saturday! It’s not even noon yet and I’ve finished all my errands for the day and let me tell you, there is no better feeling! I got up and out early this morning, mainly because I couldn’t fall back to sleep after my boyfriend left for work but it was definitely meant to be. I got SO MUCH DONE already! Did some food shopping, went to Starbucks and picked up some fresh blooms. And now I’m here sharing with you guys my favorite go to lippies that I’m currently using.

Too Faced Cool Girl

Too faced Queen B

If you havent realized or read it by now, Too Faced is clearly my favorite brand as of right now for lipsticks. They have such a large selection of various colors, perfect for any skin tone. I love everything about Too Faced Lipstick. The application brush is awesome. Easiest lipstick to apply and by far the longest lasting..even through eating and drinking!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Naked

Okay. So here’s the thing, I absolutely adore this lip color but find myself slowly moving away from Anastasia when it comes to lipsticks. I’m not that crazy about the texture of the lipstick itself. It takes a few swipes to actually get the full effect of the color. I also feel that the application brush could be better. It feels flimsy. As I bought more and more different lipstick brands and did my experimenting with them, is when I realized Anastasia just wasnt holding up to its name and price if I’m being totally honest. It is long lasting though and Anastasia Beverly Hills also has a great selection of colors to chose from.

Kylie Cosmetics Candy K

So this color is definitely one of my ALL TIME favs. It’s one of the darkest colors I have. I tend to lean more towards nude/naked lip colors on a daily basis. I consider Candy K my night out lippy. I find it to be a sexy lip color 😉 Again, this to is also a long lasting lip color and the application is a breeze! Kylie lipsticks are made up of very good quality and I would reccomend them to anyone!

Any lip color/brand reccomendations for me!? I would love to try some new ones!

Have a beautiful Saturday! Go Pats!

Early Mornings & Long Lashes

Good morning loves! I really should say good early morning because I’m up extra early this morning. I decided to wake up when my boyfriends alarm went off instead of my alarm which is usually an hour later but here I am at 6am, coffee sipping and wrapping up this post I started last night. Today I’m talking mascara. A new mascara to me and a great one.

Completely bought this mascara on a whim, but I’m so glad I did. If you regularly follow my blog than you know I’ve been obsessing over all things Too Faced cosmetics lately. Just everything I’ve been buying/trying from Too Faced lately has been more than pleasing and lives up to it’s name. There lipsticks, eyeshadow palettes, foundations/blush are all amazing, seriously not one bad thing to say. But today I’m talking Too Faced Mascara.

Too Faced Queen Size Mascara

Okay, so here it is. Too Faced Size Queen Mascara. And boy, they were not kidding about size queen…The application brush is HUGE, I couldn’t get over it. Look at this! It’s brilliant, genius, a gift from god!

Honestly I can’t say enough good things about this mascara. As a regular user of Too Faced Better Than Sex, Dior and Roller Lash by Benefit Cosmetics, I’d have to say Size Queen has become my new everyday go to mascara! It’s TRANSFORMING and DOES. NOT. CLUMP. I swear, every mascara I use clumps, and tends to way my lashes down..but not this one! It’s like you couldn’t make this mascara clump if you tried too. It volumizes and lengthens in just a few strokes. Everytime I go to use this mascara I’m still taken back by the size of the brush. I will say this though, if your lashes are on the shorter side (mine are NOT) I don’t recommend this mascara. The brush may be too big for your lashes. Trust me, pictures don’t do it justice.

May your coffee be strong and your lashes long!

Have a Happy Thursday! Xo, B

NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer

Hi lovelies! It’s almost Friday! This week has been one of those nonstop weeks, but then again which week isn’t? Am I right? Tonight on the blog I’m sharing my thoughts on a concealer that has become my best friend. Especially during a week like this one. So because I’m tired enough I’m going to dive right in. Leggoo..

NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer

I can’t say it enough, I love, love, LOVE this concealer. It is my absolute favorite and only concealer I swear by and use. I’ve consistently repurchased this concealer. Dark circles is definitely something I can say I struggle with and that’s why this stuff is my best friend. It combines flawlessly to my skin tone. Blends well and BRIGHTENS my under eye area without leaving any unwanted creases. It’s not oily, the coverage is there. It gets the job done. NARS has so many differnt shades to find the perfect match for your skin tone! The color I get to match with my skin tone is Cannelle.

Latest Lip Color OBSESSION

Happy Wednesday friends! Remember me? Just kidding! In case you haven’t noticed (due to my lack of posts) I’ve been a little MIA lately but not by my choosing. My schedule lately has just been insane, so bad that I haven’t even found time for an eyebrow wax but today is the day I woke up saying I will FINALLY share a lip color obsession of mine that I’ve been meaning to share for a month now..NO JOKE. So it’s time I put it out there!

Too Faced Melted matte in Queen B

I am absolutely in love with this lip color. It’s definitely my number one right now. The color Queen B is seriously such a beautiful shade of a natural looking pink tone. I wear this color everyday and get tons of compliments! It’s the most easiest wearable shade for anyone and any skin tone. The color goes on easily, like one coat kind of easy and slightly moist but QUICKLY dries on with an amazing matte finish!

Not only is the color an absolute fav of mine (well, and the name of the color of course ;)..) but out of all the other liquid matte lipsticks I own and have tried, I find Too Faced to be less drying, less flakey, and longer lasting than most. It goes on smooth, lasts all day..eating, drinking, you name it. The application brush also happens to be a favorite of mine. It’s a firm, spongy like applicator and makes the application process a much easier and more neater process.

Queen B 😉
